Green Pea Soup - Creamy and So Yummy
This one just has such a fresh taste!
One the whole family can enjoy. Try it with some gluten free crackers or buns!

of sweet peas - you can use fresh or frozen

of bone broth - beef or chicken

medium onion

stalks of celery

of heavy cream

of heavy sour cream

of crushed garlic

heavy sour cream as a garnish
Begin by prepping your vegetables.

I like to soften the onion and celery and will normally put it into the bottom of the pot with about a tsp of butter and cook until tender.

Next add your peas, water and bouillon and season to taste.

Cook for approximately two hours

I then cool slightly and add the cream and sour cream then blend.
You can use either a hand held blender or a counter top one. I like the counter top one as I like this soup extra creamy.
This soup freezes really well and tastes great the next day!
