Simply Cozy Holiday Living Room Tour with Mohawk Rugs. Putting together my living room this holiday season was super fun with my new rug from Mohawk Rugs, Ad. The rug was the perfect foundation for my primary Holiday requirement for this space- simply cozy! Even Chloe and Sam think it is super cozy! I may or may not have gone through a 1/4 of a box of treats to get these pictures!
My simply cozy holiday decor is filled with pieces that evoke happy memories and create a eclectic feel to my home. I love textures and colour during this time of year and needless to say I pull out all stops. The rug I ordered is the eight foot by ten foot Mohawk Rugs Billerica
There is something so pretty about the simple pattern and I love the deep pile!
I also love that the Billerica is consciously constructed with the premium quality of Everstrand fiber, which is created with up to 100 percent recycled post-consumer content from plastic bottles, so not only is this rug easy on the eyes, but also the environment too. The Billerica is available in two colour variations; blue and grey, I have the grey. Mohawk recommends that all area rugs should be spot cleaned with a solution of mild detergent and water or cleaned professionally. Regular vacuuming helps rugs remain attractive and serviceable. I enjoyed my experience dealing with Mohawk and found my questions where answered and the rug was delivered in a timely manner.
It has a great texture and the pattern is so pretty. I also got the recommended under pad, which made everything so soft! Not only do I love it, but the pups love it too!
My tree is a real tree that went and cut down ourselves. It is a really fun day and something I look forward to each year. I use a lot of ornaments on my tree and love how the tree holds so many amazing memories! I also like to use dollar store berries to help fill in some of the gaps that happen naturally on a real tree. It adds some great texture to a tree. They are super easy to use. I never thought of sticking dollar store berries in the tree! And what pretty dogs!
I started to do this years ago to help fill in the gaps on a real tree and I’ve just fallen in love with the overall look.
